This funeral home is top notch. Their pricing is reasonable (lower than expected). They showed us incredible respect for our loss despite the fact that my family is hard to deal with. Our experience with Donald V Borgwardt Funeral Home was exceptional. The staff was very friendly. Donna scheduled the appointment. Cathy was well versed with the VA process, which was very helpful. Diego, who was our assigned Funeral Director, explained the process well. He was extremely patient, accommodating and always available. What stood out for us is the teamwork and the simplicity of the process unlike other funeral homes. I highly recommend this establishment for your funeral arrangement needs.
