Called Dodson this morning. Ray came out this afternoon. Treated for ants. Very professional. Great communication. Appreciated he wore a mask.Really appreciated his understanding of my concerns not harming about pets and native wildlife & pollinators. I've been talking with other companies - all did high pressure tactics for quarterly service without even assessing my issue. We woke up one morning to an army of ants invading our living room through a small crack in our back screen door. After calling around to several pest control companies, we came across Dodson. This company was the most reasonably priced, most responsive and most attentive to our urgent problem. Tim came to our home within 2 hours of our call and was very thorough in explaining our options. He was so honest that one option he presented was for us to purchase an at-home remedy at our local hardware store in lieu of paying for an ongoing service with his company.
