Ultraseal System was proposed by the owner as a solution to my skim coat concrete front porch and sidewalk that had been damaged by salt based ice removal. I had gotten several estimates from other concrete/masonry contractors, none of which could re-coat the existing surface with another skim coat. Some proposed replacing the entire front porch with stone slabs. Ultraseal System prepared the surface, masked the area, powerwasher and applied a multi step process of their proprietary system. They use a stencil to mask a customer selected embossed surface design.
