I was originally a little anxious when I walked in and saw the Kylie event going on. There were tons of people in the store. I encountered Hannah and she helped me so much. Made me feel comfortable, confident and pretty. All of my makeup expired and I wanted a “re-up” of a lot of products. Hannah took my niece and I around the store to try products for almost and hour. I trusted her. I ended up spending like $250.00 but it was worth it because Hannah had the best attitude and advice. We need more Hannah’s in this store. Thank you Hannah for your grace and patience.

My experiences at this store have always been positive. The associates always greet me when I walk in, and they are always helpful. Unfortunately, I booked an appt with their master stylist, Breana, and she canceled my appt 15 mins prior due to poor time management. It’s not the first time she has canceled on me, and I know a couple people who told me that she cancels/reschedules a lot. Those people have stopped going to her. It’s genuinely disappointing because she is so talented at her craft, but canceling an appt 15 mins prior (while I’m on the way) and saying you can’t fit me in on your schedule at all is completely unacceptable to me.
