Micheal was very nice and pleasant. He was very helpful with helping me get my phone fixed. He had a very positive attitude from the time I walked in. I would definitely recommend going to see him to get your phone fixed.

A few weeks ago, I dropped my laptop off at uBreakiFix after filing a claim with Asurion Home Plus due to my touchpad not working. When I dropped my laptop off the associate who checked me in said he would request a full diagnostic because it would be covered under my Asurion Plan. 2-3 weeks later when I picked my laptop up, the associate who checked me out listed everything that was repaired or replaced and joked that they essentially gave me a new laptop. In addition to replacing the touchpad, the rubber feet, motherboard, battery, cooling fan, and numerous other things were replaced. All of this cost me $100 for the Asurion Home Plus deductible. Great experience! Walked in without ability to access touchscreen nor transfer data. Mason was polite knowledgeable and able to fix same day. Competitive prices Will use and recommend to others.
