I own a Samsung Galaxy S25, it's about 4 years old and in excellent condition. A couple of days ago, 2 bright white vertical lines appeared. I know if I went to my current provider, I would be talked into replacement with long term renewal plan. I did an online search for local repair and Mobile Masters came up. They were close by so I drove over to see if my phone was repairable. I was immediately greeted by Ben, who looked at my phone and said more than likely it can be repaired. He quoted a price for screen replacement. Part was in stock and would take 1 hour. I came back in an hour and sure enough, it was fixed and ready. I highly recommend Mobile Masters. 10 stars. called a competitor first and they wanted me to bring my cracked back samsung 26 ultra in for an estimate. what? surely there's a standard cost for that. then tried to upsell me to a discount on a front screen protector (same phone call) which i hadn't mentioned needing or wanting. finally they said they'd call back with an estimate, which they did.... three days later. by then I'd already emailed mobile masters, gotten a firm cost, booked appt online (saves 20%) and got my phone fixed today for $40 less than the very well advertised competitor. save your time, save your money....google mobile masters and get business done!
