Brandon, the Pure Air technician performed a thorough fall inspection on our HVAC system today. He provided crucial advice on how to install the HVAC filter and when it should be replaced. He made sure that all system parts are functioning efficiently. I like to take this time to thank Frank and Brandon for maintaining our HVAC system throughout these years. And for always providing service on a timely manner.
DJ was very knowledgeable about the workings of the HVAC system and provided answers to all of my questions about the unit. He also cleaned the inside of the unit thoroughly and the AC is running much cleaner and more efficiently now!

Texted for help with our broken AC and had a reply within 20 minutes. A technician arrived 10 minutes later. He inspected the unit, grabbed the necessary part to get things working again, and was back out the door 15 minutes later. Wish I had contacted them first, instead of waiting for others.
