We LOVE Pipes R Us!!! Not only have they been helping our family for many many years, but they SAVED THE DAY last night. 9pm plumbing emergency is never ideal. But Jim called us back immediately and came right out. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone!

Pipes R Us was recommended when my water heater conked out. Jim was at my home in a couple hours, fixed my problem quickly, and charged much less than I expected. I highly recommend and will be using next time I need someone.

Showed same day for a well pump replacement and we had water by 4pm. It’s obviously hard to be out of water but it’s an even harder to run a business doing same day service but he pulled it off. Owned and operated a construction company for 20 years with excellent customer service so I know all too well.
Update two months later. Texted him way too late about something I didn’t think he could do and he still got right back to me with a referral. I wouldn’t have sent the message if I realized the time but when you don’t have water you tend to lose track of time. Absolutely great guy and company. 6 stars!
