Buyer Beware! Do not recommend joining their membership program. I have been a member since 2009, home location (that I did not visit) closed without notice, no call no letter. Now I’m losing 16 credits (was pregnant and not going for massage) which is over $1200 because their corporate office will not assist in transferring my membership. The franchise claims they can’t help and you have to go through corporate. Well corporate does not email or call you back and you are stuck in a loop. How is that a franchise cannot get into touch with corporate? How is that you are okay to lose a customer? It is very poor business ethics and poor business practices. So buyer beware.

This company canceled all our credit that we used their services five times and did not refund our money. I suggest you never use this company because they do not prioritize customer satisfaction and I do not know which company here can take money from you for services before they have provided any service and finally tell you that because you did not visit within two months your credit has been canceled. If I had purchased a product from a grocery store, they would have given me more time to use the product. My suggestion is to use other companies.

I go to Hannah monthly for my facials and she's wonderful! She's very friendly and experienced. Her facials are just as relaxing as experiencing a massage. I highly recommend her!

I got my wife a gift card, and asked at the time if they had deep tissue massage available. I was assured that they did, but it's now been months and she hasn't been able to schedule. We had similar issues scheduling when she was pregnant, but we attributed it to needing a specialist. Finally, I booked her an appointment at another business and asked if I could be refunded for the unused gift card, as my wife is no longer interested in trying to get in here. I was told that they don't refund gift cards and that maybe she could just keep trying. I wouldn't waste your money here. It's also more expensive than the place that could actually provide the service in a timely manner.

Excellent massage therapists. Only trouble is that it can be a little pricey.

This review is not a reflection of the massage therapists; they have all been pretty excellent. This is to do with their shady business practices and non-existent customer care. I told them in person I needed to cancel my membership. I had been a customer for several months and needed to adjust my budget. The people at the front said it was no problem, and I left under the impression it was taken care of. This is intentional on their part. Unless you sign a cancellation agreement, they take it a blank check to charge you a monthly fee until the day you die. No wonder they have class action lawsuits against them for just this kind of behavior. I recommend a local masseuse over this corporate-owned ripoff chain.

Way overpriced the services were no different from any other massage provider charging almost half of the price... save your money
