Hired LP Homes and could not be more satisfied from the beginning with Johnny and then the craftsmanship from Nate and Tim is one hell of a job. I am adding what it looked like before and now. If you want attention to detail, honest, fair, and quality work I would go with Nate, Tim and Johnny any day.

LP Homes built our beautiful custom home in 6 months! It was a truly collaborative process, and we made every choice that would impact the budget/cost in any way. Johnny took care of the planning, permitting and purchasing, but kept us involved every step of the way. Skip, Brian and their subcontractors are amazing craftsmen - there are so many personal touches that make our home unique. It is clear that LP Homes takes pride in their work and values building EXACTLY what the customer wants. They were transparent, honest, collaborative and absolutely fair in their pricing/profit margins.
