The waiting areas feature kid-friendly movies and themed rooms to entertain young visitors, while the staff works quickly and efficiently to ensure a positive experience. They are understanding if appointments need to be rescheduled and focus on making children feel at ease during their visits.
They are the nicest group of people from the moment you’re greeted at check in through the whole process. The staff are all personable and professional. They interact with the children and parents equally. The office is clean, modern and organized. Their automated appointment system is very convenient and user friendly. I cannot say enough about this office and the staff. I wish we could duplicate the staff and business model for all of my other medical offices. Highly recommend this practice!!
This place was wonderful! We were new to the area and my daughter is nervous at the dentist. Dr. Shira was so kind and patient with her. Lisa was also wonderful making her feel more comfortable. The front desk people were also so helpful and friendly. Glad we found this practice!
