Everyone is pleasant and accommodating, and it’s the best dental office in my experience. I have been going here for almost 20 years and I don’t want to go anywhere else!

Terrible customer service!!!! I have been going to this establishment for a while (over 2 years) but the staff there are very unprofessional. And if someone goes on vacation or takes time off. You are out of luck until they return. While waiting for folks to do their job and follow-up or at least to notify the customer.. So the ball drops on your service, like no one has answers to anything until that person returns. And then, once you question them they become super sarcastic. I have requested my dental records so that I can take my business to a more friendlier and professional establishment. I have yet to receive them. The dental office itself appears more professional then their office staff. I travel 40 miles to this establishment because of their exceptional dental work completed on myself and my family. Customer service is paramount to a business. And effective communication. Period!.
