Our AC stopped working a couple days ago. We called to schedule someone to come out and they had someone here the very next morning.
Tyler was fantastic. He was able to identify and remedy the problem immediately.

Great service from EC to fix my frozen HVAC unit: Foreman Coty and Mark were prompt, polite, and professional throughout the 3-hour job - which included walking up 5 floors (elevator kaput!) to my condo unit and carrying a 10-Ft. ladder. Cody explained the problem and resolution, and the experience couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend Eco and will use them for HVAC care going forward
We were in a pickle, large AC unit wasn't getting power, myself and the owner of the restaurant up on the roof trying to figure it out. Steve and Tyler were working at a different place, but in eye shot of where we were. We hollered and asked if they had a second to take a peek at it, and in a few minutes they climbed up with us and started diagnosing. Found the problem in a few minutes, let us know it was a simple fuse and to run over to Home Depot for it, and no charge for their help. I ran over, popped it in, and we were back in action.
