We had such a great experience with Dalton during our home inspection. As first-time homebuyers, we honestly didn’t know much and had a lot of questions, but he was so patient and took the time to walk us through everything in a way that was easy to understand. He never made us feel rushed and made sure we felt comfortable the whole time.
What we really appreciated was how understanding and flexible he was. We didn’t have water access at first, and instead of rushing through the inspection, he waited and for the water to turned on so he could fully complete everything. That really showed how much he cares about doing a thorough job.
