    I can't say enough good things about this practice. I'm a fairly new patient, and came in for dizzy spells. Turns out it was Strep, but they took such good care of me in-office with an iv drip, meds, just phenomenal care all around. Thank you so much for all you did for me.

    Dr. Bala is a good doctor. His PAs are even better. They really care about their patients. The office hours are incredibly accommodating. However, the support staff is terrible. The office staff and the lab tech in particular are terrible. The need lessons in customer service. They’re rude and speak to you in a condescending tone. Fire them all and this would be the best primary care around.

    I wanted to write a review about my experience at Bala Family Practice. I went with my daughter today and her caregiver was Nicole. She took her time to listen to my daughter and reviewed all of her problems and concerns. Even though I know she had to be busy we didn’t feel rushed More importantly Nicole addressed all of my daughter’s concerns and we left feeling heard and cared about. Thank you Nicole
