After reading all of the one-star reviews, I almost canceled my appointment. I’m so glad I didn’t, because today was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office.
I interacted with several staff members, from the front desk to the people who performed the various tests, and every single person was friendly, welcoming, and had a smile on their face. The PA, don’t know her name , was also incredibly kind, friendly, and took the time to make me feel comfortable.
My experience was completely different from what I expected after reading some of the reviews. I was genuinely impressed with the entire staff and the care I received today.
We love Dr Bala and his entire staff. My husband and I had check ups yesterday and Edelvius took our vitals and administered our blood testing. She is so kind and compassionate. Paige is also so helpful and answers any questions about your prescriptions and gets back to you right away. Always a great experience at Bala family practice and we thank you.
I can't say enough good things about this practice. I'm a fairly new patient, and came in for dizzy spells. Turns out it was Strep, but they took such good care of me in-office with an iv drip, meds, just phenomenal care all around. Thank you so much for all you did for me.
