I have had a lot of different Primary Care providers and I have NEVER experienced the quality of care like I receive here on a consistent basis. I’ll never change offices again.
I can’t say enough about Dr. Bala. While his waiting room is almost always busy and sometimes you have to wait awhile, he is worth the wait. He gives you time and addresses all concerns efficiently. I’ve been a nurse for 14 years and will continue my care with Dr. Bala. He truly listens to your concerns and is thorough.
While the staff is fine, expect to wait in a patient room for a couple hours before your actually see anybody. After having this occur every time I have been there, I will be taking my laptop in with me to work while I wait.
