I went to the ER on a Sunday evening and it was by far the worst visit to the ER I have ever had. A friend of mine came to bring me ice cream and ended up leaving because he was made to feel uncomfortable. He jokingly said I got something that will keep you up all night, and apparently those words constituted me being treated like shit, my vitals were taken every couple of minutes in an attempt I assume to prove I was in something which was not the case. My friend was actually being a pig and was talking about his penis. However, I was treated like shit, judged, disrespected, and made to feel like I was less than a human being. The nurses were awful and down right snobs. When I finally saw a doctor he ended up being as he said in charge of that ER and 9 or 10 more but refused to give me one of the nurses names that does not deserve to keep a job as a nurse. Nursing is not a collection agency and it would do this woman some good to realize that she's in the wrong profession. I had just quit smoking cigarettes and was struggling really bad with it. Couldn't sit still and I smoked for 32 years and I tried talking to doctors about that also to no avail. I don't care what they personally thought about me I wasn't there for a beauty pageant or job interview. They had absolutely no right to treat me the way they did and it just goes to show that this hospital is always going to be terrible and a horrible place to have to go to for help. The staff that night and the next day should be relieved of their jobs considering they seem to be so unhappy with them. I am disgusted by the so called care they call themselves giving and I genuinely hope karma comes for them for the way they treat people coming to them vulnerable and afraid. How dare any of you make false accusations and assumptions. From the nurses to security to the doctors, all of them are horrible and this is every time I go there. The best thing that could happen is literally getting rid of the entire staff and starting over. I'm guessing they do their hiring on the best pieces of shit.com. congratulations you found them

Awful care ... I've never had Drs talk down to n belittle me the way I've had here before... Bedside manners are all time LOW... There are definitely some wonderful nurses, patient care techs, n Drs here, but unfortunately the bad heavily outweigh the good ones anymore.

Ethan was my Dad's nurse in the ER Saturday 8/16/24. He was so kind, funny, caring, attentive, professional, knowledgeable, the list is endless. In society where people come to work to collect a paycheck and don't give 100percent to their job, Ethan is the exact opposite. I am in customer service, so I know what good customer/patient service is and Ethan displayed it on Saturday. I wanted to thank him in writing.
