great experience with AD&B, the whole team worked together to get us a new roof.. when you have a HOA involved it adds to the effort. looks great and I don't have to worry about issues for a very long time.

American Design and Build took out my old skylights and installed 3 new skylights about 2 weeks ago. They did a wonderful job and I love the new ones that are well built and look beautiful. They came with remote's so blinds in them would open and close and I love them on hot days now I can close them and it's cooler. The installers were very experience and polite they flashed all around them and other work and made sure I wouldn't have leaks like my old ones. A gentleman came right before they were done to inspect the work which was done perfectly and asked me if I was happy with the job. American Design and Build replaced our roof this month. Since we had already had hired a landscaper before the roof needed replacing they worked hard to squeeze us in before the landscaper to make sure that none of the new plants could potentially be damaged. They removed our solar panels and put them back on for us with very little wait time between taking off, installing roof, and putting back on. The roofers were courteous and knowledgeable. They worked hard and fast. They replaced all the plywood, shingles, and skylights in a day.
