Called the shop at 7am talk to owner of the shop ask was there any availability for two heads getting boho owner said yes. Waited two hours braider put gel in my hair , separated my personal boho hair just for the owner to call and say we couldn’t get our hair done. So unprofessional !!!

They do not take walk ins despite what they advertise. I was turned away. Due to no braiders being available. While I watched two braiders sit in chairs. Ended up going to another braiding salon down the road and being serviced without a issue. I will not be back and would not refer them.

I came two days ago to get a knotless boho bob. Let me first start by saying I would give no stars if I could. the facility needs a deep clean and a state inspection. no toilet paper and overall unsanitary conditions, even down to using broken combs . Whew the towel that was placed on my shoulders to dip my hair .. yuck !!! Smelled like it was used on every client for the week. This entire experience was ratchet , energy draining and just disgusting . I went against my better judgment. I should’ve left when I was sent into the mall to purchase my own boho hair . My hair is a mess. The curls are all falling out, and the parts are different sizes. This is unacceptable....read full review
