I had a great experience. Hidi did my hair, and I unfortunately can’t remember the other stylist’s name, but both ladies were amazing. I originally booked with a different stylist and things did not go as planned. I ended up texting the number, walked right into the shop, and they took care of me immediately. My hair looks great, and they had the exact color I wanted.I did remove one star only because, at the end of my service, I felt like I was charged for something that didn’t quite make sense—an extra pack of hair—even though I thought hair was included. Nonetheless, I look and feel good.

Nice and accommodating. Accepts walk ins. Did my daughter and niece's hair. Adjusted to them being tender headed. Washed and blow dried hair. Hair was provided. Overall nice experience.

I wouldn’t recommend as a new client. I text their publicized phone number to inquire about the hair used, cost, hours of operations, and the need for an appointment. They said that they open at 7:30am and it’s walk in service. I stated in the text that I would be there on 6/24 @7:30am. I arrived at 7:30am and no one was there. I waited in my car until 8:30am when someone finally arrived. When they arrived they said another braider was on their way. I was told a few times that she was on her way. I waited an additional 45 minutes for the other braider to arrive, which by 9:15am she still was not there. I was able to book an appointment with another...read full review
