The facilities customer service was amazing from the time I called and went into meet. I needed a lot of assistance and documents and they delivered with no problem. The facility is clean and up to date. However, I specifically told them no makeup besides under the eye and they had a full face on my aunt. I was so mad I wish I would have changed to a closed casket. We even removed makeup before the viewing and that wasn’t enough. That horrid display is the last one I saw with my own eyes and has been bothering me ever since.

We used Wylie Funeral Home for our father's service. The staff made the most terrible time of our lives so simple. We got everything planned, all details put in order, and all questions asked. We even had the directors number if we had any questions, and they stayed in contact with us until the day of the service. It was so stressful and emotional, but they provided all of us comfort through it all. The building was ALWAYS clean, the staff is very friendly, they speak softly, and were attentive. There is a lot of parking as well. I highly recommend them to take care of the final details for your loved one.
