They set all expectations for the job and time frame, and are always quick to follow up on any questions. The installers do a great job, even with tight corners, ensuring no damage to the house. They come back promptly for small touch ups without any fuss or charge. The company is ethical, with employees that really care about the job they do and have respect for customers' homes. Have purchased quite a few houses over the years and this home inspection service was by far the most thorough, comprehensive, and professional inspection. He used everything from a drone to review the roof, to levels to check all floors, to moisture meters to check for leaks or other moisture issues. etc. etc. Report was spectacularly detailed with lots of pics. Would use him again without hesitation.
