After missing a deadline for items I ordered for a trade show from 4 imprint, I got the name of a company from my sister in law who lives in Baltimore. She said , “trust me on this .. these guys are AMAZING” . Well I needed more items for my next show and sure enough they turned around items that NOBODY else could, I’m in Laguna Beach .. I will pay the shipping from Maryland to California . That’s how much I want to use these guys !!

Amazing customer service! Trip was with me from start to finish and I cannot thank him enough for helping me order my company's products. This was my first time as a small business owner and Trip was very understanding and willing to guide along every step of the way. The turnaround time was lightning quick and the product quality is excellent! I will be coming back in the future and cannot recommend them enough to others.

In a sea of thousands of companies that provide corporate promotional items, I initially chose White Star Sales and Promotions since I wanted to support a local Baltimore business. However, I have repeatedly returned to them because their customer service is top-notch!! Friendly, efficient, competitive prices and service-oriented. Plus, they coordinated a tight international delivery deadline for the opening of our European office - and it was still less expensive than if I had directly dealt with a promotional item vendor in France.
