The sonographers, including Lindsey, are amazing, reassuring, and informative. The doctors, including Dr. Turan, are thorough and take their time to verify information before discussing it. The staff made a high risk pregnancy and frequent visits bearable. Patients felt the team genuinely cared about them and their baby. However, some reviewers noted the parking situation is not liked, the front office staff is not appreciated, and the lobby wait can be long. One reviewer also mentioned a doctor was a little rough when looking at a scan. Despite these issues, patients would come back and are forever grateful for the care received.
I had a great experience at CAFC. I was there a lot during my pregnancy and always felt like the team genuinely cared about me and my baby. Special shout out to both Dr. Turans, sonographers Lindsey, Kim, Noelle, and Erin, and RN Felicia! I was an emotional mess almost every visit but they were reassuring, kind, personable, empathetic, and such professionals at all times. I appreciate them all so much!
While I can say I don't like the parking situation, as well as the front office staff, I did appreciate the Dr.s and thank them for taking their time with me. We had an hour appointment that went on for 2.5 hours because of how thorough they were with me and my baby. Found a complication and they took their time to verify and gave me all of my options with more accurate information. As much as I did not like the info, they made sure they were right before talking to me about it.
Lindsey, i believe her name is, was my sonographer. she did amazing, was very reassuring, and informative. i can say the best one i’ve had so far throughout my pregnancy. i do agree with others that the lobby wait can be long though & the doctor was a little rough when coming in to look at the scan too so it hurt but other than that, i would come back.
