Had a appointment and they had me wait for almost a hour. I feel if you have an appointment they should not take a walk in 5 minutes before that appointment.Service: Manicure

A 13+ year happy client. I am always welcome with a friendly smile. I always get what I want, they are not the pushy nail tech types that try to up sell more services. Sometimes I may ask for an specific service/nail color/type and they'll recommend something different to benefit my natural nails 2/10 times it might be more. I'll ask to get wax and they might start to prep me and after taking a gd look, tell me no need honey you look gd till next time. Same goes for my nails, I can go in 2 weeks and they'll tell me I can come back the week or 2 after as they are still fresh, unless I want my color change for an specific reason/event.
