This is my second time shopping at Upscale Beauty Supply and again everyone was very helpful. I had a few questions and they spent time giving me the information I needed to make a purchase I wouldn't regret.
This store is the best beauty supply store in West Baltimore. Period! Back in February 2022 I was looking for a ponytail. I made several trips to the store and they were out of stock. On July 28 I received a phone call from Miss TuTuto letting me know that she had received the ponytail that I was specifically looking for in February 2022.. What excellent customer service thank you Miss TuTu. Ask for her
This is my neighborhood beauty supply store. They have basically everything hair-related that you could possibly want or need. The store is smartly laid out, making it easy to find what you are looking for. The staff is friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable.
