The installation crew was very respectful of our home. There was an on-site supervisor that visited to be sure everything was going OK and talked with me personally. I highly recommend universal windows.
Men were diligent and friendly. The workmanship was excellent. The operations support was awesome. Appreciate that Alex reached out to us to make sure that we were ok with the re-schedule as the weather hampered the initial workday. All in all, every representative of the company was courteous and extremely patient and helpful. Great company and we love our new windows. Thanks.
My rating is regarding my inactions with Chris and had to share as a first timer. First I must say that I had a tremendous experience with Chris Eberhardt of Universal Windows :he’s one of the window specialist that represents ; Universal Windows Direct, that visited my home today. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of the options clearly. I really appreciated his patience and honesty while answering my questions. He made the whole process comfortable and stress-free, and I never felt pressured. Excellent customer service and a very pleasant interaction overall.
