I went in looking for a very specific red lip and was helped by the woman in that department today (I wish I could remember her name but she wore braids). She laid out so many different colors and liners for me; it was super fun! When I was unsure, she suggested I mix two lippies and it magically was the perfect color. She even added some concealer around my lips after wiping clean (my whole mouth stained red-I looked crazy) and I didn’t even ask her to. She just fixed me up. And she was super nice. All the employees I encountered were, really!

The girl at the left most register greeted me warmly when i came in. I appreciated that. However, white girl, black hair in a bun, if a customer hands you something, common courtesy is to hand it back to them, not ignore their hand and put it on the counter. That’s just rude.

Kyleigh really helped me out today! She was amazing and knowledgeable about products she herself uses. For example, she paired me with my concealer for tir tir, talked about ways I could heighten or lessen my glam depending on the type of event.
