This place is rediculous horrible ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️appointment take months what’s point of having a clinic you can’t go to if your sick or whatever the case may be I ask to get a physical form done physical was already done so it takes about 5 min of the doctors time to do but instead everyone rather be lazy and not do their job I talk to the manager she told me she talk to the doctor about my form being filled same day because I’m 40 min from the clinic I don’t drive she’s been ducking me since I call left on hold saying she ain’t answer this place is horrible DONT come here for a primary care doctor you will regret this place

Whatever you do at THC steer away from Dr. SR she is flighty, talks about stuff that's about another pt. bc she mixes her clients up, just bable on and on, I would say she's ding batty but maybe her work load is overwhelming. Enough for now about the good Dr SR. The pharmacy, WoW! just refuse to get my situation together. I've explained to them many times that my provider is at one location but I prefer to use the pharmacy at a location closer to my home but ago I get the run around and have sit until the other location sends it to the location where I am sitting atThat got me crazy just explain.. I hope things will get better.

I will never go back to total health care again. After seeing the doctor I went to the bathroom to do a urine sample and I could hear her telling the staff at and around the desk my condition. Her and the staff started making jokes and started singing and laughing and banging on the desk singing my neck, my back song. I was so upset all I could do was walk out. I called a lawyer and they said I didn't have a case. Never went back
