Called this morning to make an appointment for new frames. Janine booked me inmediately. They had a frame in stock that would fit my lenses. Fifteen minutes later, I was on my way with new glasses. Chris and his wife are continuing the excellent tradition of service to the Parkville community. We are fortunate to have this business.

Great service. Been a patient for years. Read a crazy review by two trolls and it is not believable. If someone was asked to leave they did something to warrant it. As far as being reported for violation, well the woman posted her name. The owner just responded to the situation. He broke no regulations. Education is key before making a accusation. This is a nice family and they give the type of service that is hard to find in chain companies. I never go elsewhere.
