I’ve been going to The Loft consistently for a few months now in preparation for my wedding and love it. The staff is always kind and welcoming. The atmosphere is great and the space is beautiful. It’s in the city so it is street parking but I have never had an issue finding a close spot. I see Betty every month for a Deluxe Hydrafacial and she is the absolute best! Cannot recommend her enough!

I can’t say enough good things about The Loft in Baltimore! I have had a few hydro facials with Kylie, and it was hands down one of the best facial treatments I’ve ever received. She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough- my skin felt instantly refreshed, hydrated, and noticeably more radiant.
