Tim and his team at Delta are the best slate guys in Maryland. They know a lot about their craft, are friendly and prompt, and very reasonably priced. They replaced a couple dozen tiles on our Roland Park house and we’ll be using them each year for an annual check and replacement. If I could give six stars, I would.

Tim Underhill came highly recommended by, truly, every friend and neighbor I asked when inquiring about roofing companies. Everyone pointed me in his direction! He responded quickly to my message, assessed the roof within hours, and was back the next day to make the repair quickly and efficiently. Honest about what was and wasn't needed. Definitely recommend!

Tim and his crew were great to work with! They were able to replace our roof, despite many rain delays, very quickly and the crew worked very hard to get this done timely. The roof looks great and the workers were very professional- they were friendly, knowledgeable and made sure to clean up when the job was complete. We are so happy with our new roof!! And, the job was right in line with the original quote we received from Tim. We would definitely recommend Tim/Delta Slate for any slate roof needs!
