I made an appointment for my 17 yr old son based on a customer recommendation. It was his first time in a shop since I started his locs at home. According to him….the shop had a great vibe and the stylist had great energy. He actually texted me from the chair to say how well things were going & that he really liked the experience. As soon as she touched his hair she pulled out a shampoo to use that his dermatologist actually recommended for him and asked him if he was familiar with it. I was thinking man I could have saved a $40 copay if I had brought him there instead🤣🤣. Later that evening when I saw his hair I was VERY IMPRESSED. It was so clean & neat and it was much longer too. I asked if he wanted to go back….”For sure, she was really cool, the chair was mad comfortable and it didn’t hurt like when you do it. She was talking to me about college and everything”. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!! Not only for the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and making my son’s HAIR LOOK SO GOOD but for having that conversation with him. You could have chosen to listen to music or talk on the phone. He’s usually on the quiet side so I know there’s something extraordinary about you that made him feel comfortable in such a short time. He needed that conversation more than you know. HE HAS FOUND HIS NEW HOME FOR HIS LOC JOURNEY!!!
This spot is nothing short of amazing…. they are gifted ..loving ..authentic…the energy is unmatched …
Danyell was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming. She explained the products she was using on my hair. I will be going back to the D'Spot
