I was frustrated with how my hair was turning out, and began looking for a stylist that would provide me with a look that would cater to my vibrant personality. I found Ms Donita and reached out to her with hopes of scheduling an appointment ASAP. To my surprise she was working the next day on the Fourth of July and gave me an appointment. I watched how attentive she was with her clients before me and received the same treatment when it was my turn to sit in her chair. I received the same TLC and when I was spun around to face the mirror, I was in love with the lady staring back at me. It’s safe to say I’ll be making the 2 1/2 hour drive again next week.
It was meant to be. Yesterday I called Mrs Donita hoping she had availability before mother's day and she did. Fast forward to appointment day Mrs Donita was very hospitable and she was very knowledgeable about my hair needs.not going to lie I went years with getting braids until the point of my hair being damaged I was very embarrassed when I sat in her chair because I didn't want to be judge and I didn't know how my hair would turn out ....BOy it was a blessing having her tend to my hair. Mrs. Donita has transitioned me into short hair (for good) I've cut my hair over the years for a change & now she's got me here to stay. Every appointment is a great experience and would absolutely recommend to anyone with or thinking about taking a walk on the short side ❤️
