First time visiting and a disappointing experience. I gave clear instructions on size and color (red-burgundy/blonde), but the stylist didn't follow the reference photo. The parting process was also very rough and repetitive; my scalp was left so sore and irritated that I had to treat it with warm water immediately after the appointment. I will not be back.

I was stood up by another hair stylist and I went to Mama because she was close by. She did an execellent job. She is very kind and professional. Her shop is warm, welcoming and clean. I am very please with how well she did my hair. I will definitely go back.. I highly recommend going to her shop..
