My wife Marie and I wanted to offer a few comments to you directly (copying Mr. Undem, Owner of The Sure Group, BH)
We have been working with you for about four months now (today is 7 22 25)
Just yesterday the documents were completed to close on my $402k home at 1429 Adamsview Road Catonsville MD 21228; and the wire transfer funds were received this morning
But that is the end and the result; here is the story:

Worked with Brendon for several months, from casually browsing till closing in Canton. Easy to talk with and a good listener, no pressure to close or go bigger. Quick to respond to questions or setting up showings. Had good recommendations for mortgage brokers, general contractors, etc. that had previously worked well with him. Best realtor I've ever met!
