Leaving a 1 star review in hopes of getting management's attention to a Lightbulb replacement request submitted 3 weeks ago.

It is also impossible to get rid of the cockroaches because management refuses to have more than 3 (out of dozens) apartments sprayed per week.

There are floodlights aimed at bedroom windows so say goodbye to a good night's sleep without a blackout curtain.

Also, there is a hole in the ceiling of our apartment that is still covered by a (very loosely) screwed in panel that was supposed to be a temporary fix more than a year ago.

You get what you pay for, and with the rent going up 3 times a year, it's not even worth it for the cheap rent anymore.

I lived here from 2023-2026. I had rats, roaches and trash issues. Maintenance is non existent, the leasing office never picks up the call. There is trash littered in the hallways and smells terrible. Terrible roach infestation in all apartments and the problem is never address. I do not recommend living here. I developed health complications from how terrible the state is.

The service here is very disappointing. I made an appointment with a staff member, but she failed to show up twice. Although the emails sounded professional, my experience was far from it. I called multiple times and received no response. I would not recommend coming here.
