I found Broadview Apartments after dealing with a really frustrating experience at my previous apartment, where it constantly flooded. Because of that, I honestly was not expecting much when I started looking for a new place, but Broadview has completely exceeded my expectations. I can honestly say I love living here.

As a resident for the past year, I can give high marks to the Broadview Apartments in Baltimore. The staff is highly responsive, friendly, and welcoming. I have always found the building's management and staff eager to assist with any request or need that I might have.
The building itself is well maintained, kept quite clean and orderly and the front lobby has a look that is both upscale and inviting. My apartment has an updated kitchen, an attractive and well-appointed bathroom and nicely painted walls, trim and ceiling. I always look forward to having friends and family over for dinner.

I lived here from January 2021 to July 2022. I had a decent enough experience- the apartment was big, the building amenities were great. My room did not have any problems, but the 2nd bedroom had major problems which the management did not address throughout the 18 months that I stayed there. The AC wasn't working and midway through our stay, it started making a loud rattling sound so loud that it was impossible to sleep in that room.
P.S. It was been 4 years since moving out so I don't know how the current management is.
