I lived here for a year from 2022 to 2023. I am coming back many months later to post this review because I was reminded of how poor of an experience I had living here.Starting out, the day I was supposed to move in, they didn't give me my keys until 4pm, and all my stuff was just sitting in the moving van, with my helpers also just sitting around. I had less than two hours to unload the van because I got the keys so late. In the end, the apartment was relatively clean and not too bad.When winter rolled around, I realized the heat wasn't on. They told me they only turn on the heat if it's BELOW 32F outside. We were expected to use our window units to heat the large apartment....read full review

I did a tour here and their apartments are beautiful the amenities are great and the attendant Mr Flowers was very professional, made the place feel like home and that was just the tour. I can’t wait would love to call this place home!

The Broadview apartment building holds a truly unique charm. To begin, it's not just a place to live; it's a tightly-knit community where residents have forged deep connections, evolving into a close-knit family over the years. During my stay here, I've encountered a vibrant mix of young students relishing their early adult years and mature adults who gladly engage in conversations with anyone within the vicinity, be it staff, visitors, contractors, or fellow residents.
