Just toured these apartments and never been so appalled. You get awful customer care, poor maintenance, baby roaches all over (where’s mama at?) all before you even had them rent. Nice area tho

The apartment is pretty old but that's ok as the rent is relatively low. The water pipeline is not well-maintained and the tap water is often brown and rusty. Another issue is that there're plenty of cockroaches, literally everywhere. I lived there for one year and two months and I finally gave up the bug-killing campaign and moved out. It has been almost half a year since then and I still have not received my security deposit refund though I wrote several demand letters. Though the security deposit is not big money, I just hate the feeling of be offended for no reason.
