John was great. He let me know what was wrong with my washing machine and the cost of the repair. Unfortunately the repair cost was more than the machine cost and I opted not to get it repaired. I did have to pay the $129 service call fee which was okay as the tech did have time and travel costs. I will definitely use Sears in the future

John was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and went straight to the source of the issue. It was very patient and took his time to resolve the issue. My furnace is now working properly and he even provided helpful tips to keep my furnace running efficiently.

The repair technician was very knowledgeable, had great communication, respectful of my time and my home and preformed excellent service. He made sure I knew everything was in working order, that I was happy and made sure my questions were all answered. Sears is definitely lucky to have such a great employee to represent them to their customers.
