I rent a rowhome, and due to a vacant house next door and the other side not being very clean, I've noticed a few instances of pests. I reached out to my landlord, who fielded some quotes, and ended up choosing Rosenbloom for pest control.
The technician who came for the initial treatment was very friendly; his name was Matt. For the quarterly treatment this time, Shane came out, and he was also very friendly. He treated the outside of the house to prevent pests from coming over and even plugged up a hole in the brick where the HVAC crew had done some work while fixing the AC. B'H. Excellent, expert, professional, and timely service. They found a major source (a broken bag of bird seed) that had attracted rodents and sealed closed a few entrance and/or escape routes outside the house, in the basement, and under our dining room built-in book shelves. Many thanks. We have not had any further sightings now for more than a month.
