I had a last minute alteration emergency for a bridesmaid dress that was made poorly and Ms. Jenny did such an amazing job on the alterations! She was very friendly and made sure I was okay with each change. My dress turned out perfect. I will definitely be back!
I had my wedding lehenga (skirt worn by South Asian brides) altered here. The fabric is heavily embroidered with tiny mirrors embedded in the cloth, and I needed her to cut open a seam, remove a couple of inches of fabric and sew it back together. I was nervous because the job was difficult. But she knew exactly what to do with it. She charged $80 for slight modifications to the straps on the top and for the big job on the skirt. I think given how complex the fabric was this was is a reasonable price. She also added on some extra decorations (tassels on the top of the blouse) at my request for no extra charge. I would highly recommend her for all of your alteration needs!
I don't believe I've ever written a Google review but after the experience I just had at Remington Cleaners, I had to share here. I took three items in, all for cleaning, and one to close up a small hole. When I picked them up, I came home to realize that Jenny - the owner - had not only done the small mend I had asked for, but also done a beautiful repair to a small but noticeable hole in the one cashmere sweater that a previous dry cleaner had told me was not fixable. Her work was seamless and made it look good as new. Can't recommend this business highly enough!
