I was truly impressed with Norman after my entitle phone call. I called for a estimate. Before we got into more detail sent me a email with all his credentials to let me know that he was certified. His hours were flexible. He was very punctual. He arrived and said he was doing a perimeter of the house. When he was through he came into the house. He explain to me the procedure he was going to do. He made a blueprint of how the windows were laid out. They he marked which windows sills he was going to wipe down. I called to get a quote for Lead Inspection. Immediately before we talk about prices he sent me all of his credentials. Immediately I felt strongly about hiring him after my phone call. I found him off of **** ****. He was punctual and on time. He came to the door and explained he was going to walk a perimeter check of the exterior of the home. When he was through he came to the front door. He explained the procedure what he going to do. He made a diagram of the house; he put in windows on the blueprint.
