The groomers are professional and courteous. My Quincy (Shih Tzu and Poodle mix) believes he's the king of the Palace. I love Puppy Palace.

They are also very attentive and accommodating when it comes to helping out with my pet.

This place was excellent! Used the self serve wash here for the first time today and really liked it. They provide the soap (with a few different options to choose from), towels, and even puppy cologne at the end of the wash lol. Super friendly and helpful staff- one of the owners was going around checking on everyone in the stalls making sure no one needed anything. And they’re open on Sundays! Definitely coming back
