Pretty Nails offers decent prices and efficient service, getting customers in and out quickly. While some appreciate the great job they do, others have concerns about hygiene and customer service. Some customers have expressed appreciation for the nail technicians' work, particularly with pedicures. Despite some mixed reviews, loyal customers continue to return, even traveling from afar, for their nail and eyebrow services.
I have been going to this shop for over 20 years. I took a break when I moved about 6 years ago because I found a closer spot, but now I have been back for nearly three years. When I first started going there I was getting my nails hand-painted with flowers, then designs, and third-quarter colors (like a french tip but polish is higher on the nail-bed and not just the tip). Yes, I did the rhinestones too. Now I am full on bright colors on the whole nail. I like them because I am not charged outrageous prices for my really long nails and they always look great. Stumbled on this spot. They got me in without an appointment and did a great job on my deluxe pedicure.
Note: they should use bags on the foot spas for hygiene imo.
But they’re efficient with time, listen to want you want, prices are decent and they’re kind. Highly recommend Peaches ✨
Decent prices I won’t lie but some concerns about hygiene.
Also, didn’t appreciate being locked in the shop and treated suspiciously like I wasn’t gonna pay. That alone will keep me from coming back—-I’ll pay more for better customer service and hygienic tools that aren’t reused.
