Planned Parenthood - Baltimore City Health Center

Overall, the care I received was exceptional. The staff was so incredibly kind patient accommodating educating and overall I cannot commend them enough. I was there overall for seven hours, and I do believe that the wait time was absolutely ridiculous. I heard from the nurses that none of them had taken breaks that day. None of them had taken a lunch and essentially they had been working all day. I do believe that the staff is overworked as well as patients are overbooked. I believe I overheard them saying that there were 27 patients that day all receiving the same procedure and again I just believe that at that point Planned Parenthood is prioritizing quantity over quality.... read full review

I was had the most phenomenal experience. From the front desk to the Medical Assistants to the registered nurses to the Doctor that does the procedures. They all were so understanding , very thorough with explaining the procedure and aftercare ,very emphatic mentally and comforting physically . If I could give this place 100 stars of excellent service I would . This place truly cares. T

I had a wonderful experience during my appointment. Every single staff member was very polite, compassionate, non-judgmental, and overall comforting. The Dr. was wonderful as well. Very nice and professional. The beautiful employee with black hair and blonde highlights was so sweet and so comforting! I am so glad she was able to assist during my procedure . She was so sweet and really helped ease my anxiety. Everyone was so pleasant. Thank you Planned Parenthood for taking care of my needs.
