Definitely do not come here; they are completely incompetent with paperwork. For the past three weeks, I have been going back and forth every Monday, yet they are still making me sign things. I simply need to get a single injection, but unfortunately, all they do is make me wait for an hour each week, only to have me sign more documents.

Overall, the care I received was exceptional. The staff was so incredibly kind patient accommodating educating and overall I cannot commend them enough. I was there overall for seven hours, and I do believe that the wait time was absolutely ridiculous. I heard from the nurses that none of them had taken breaks that day. None of them had taken a lunch and essentially they had been working all day. I do believe that the staff is overworked as well as patients are overbooked. I believe I overheard them saying that there were 27 patients that day all receiving the same procedure and again I just believe that at that point Planned Parenthood is prioritizing quantity over quality. I only had one negative experience with one staff member I believe her name was Devante or Keyonte, but she was in charge of my education and she was on her phone, texting the whole time, listening to music, barely explaining anything and I do believe she had one of the most essential roles, which was the education process. I had questions about birth control. I had questions about the anesthesia, and I felt intimidated asking her anything. She seemed like she was bothered by me being there and that was very unfortunate because again I do believe that her role was an essential part of the process more essential than any other step when it came to taking my vitals doing my ultrasound, etc. Once again I will say that the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I was there for seven hours and while that was the absolute worst part of the experience. The procedure was quick. The staff was incredible. Everything was painless, and I just believe that the workers deserve better.

I was had the most phenomenal experience. From the front desk to the Medical Assistants to the registered nurses to the Doctor that does the procedures. They all were so understanding , very thorough with explaining the procedure and aftercare ,very emphatic mentally and comforting physically . If I could give this place 100 stars of excellent service I would . This place truly cares. T

I had a wonderful experience during my appointment. Every single staff member was very polite, compassionate, non-judgmental, and overall comforting. The Dr. was wonderful as well. Very nice and professional. The beautiful employee with black hair and blonde highlights was so sweet and so comforting! I am so glad she was able to assist during my procedure . She was so sweet and really helped ease my anxiety. Everyone was so pleasant. Thank you Planned Parenthood for taking care of my needs. Highly recommend.

I had a visit here today. The staff was very nice and showed alot of care. I spoke with Nikki the clinic director and she switched rooms for me and answered all my birth control questions. I would definitely return for services if this location was closer to my home.

Ladies- Not my first time going for a procedure and this location was the best I have ever been to. The staff is SUPER sweet. Especially Ezra. You will leave feeling supported and cared for. If there are any complications they made me feel more than welcome to call or come back in. They are all knowledgeable and personable. Lastly, I’ve been to the planned parenthood in DC and in comparison, this location is SUPER QUICK! I recommend 100%. I never write reviews but I had to for the wonderful ladies at PP and any wonderful lady who may be nervous looking for a sign to book at this location! :)
