Luna and I had a great experience from start to finish at Parkville Animal Hospital. The front desk girl (sorry don't know your name) was so friendly and make check-in/check-out simple! Jen, our vet tech, was so kind and made me feel at ease. She took her time with Luna and made her feel safe. Dr. Burton was wonderful! She was thorough and kind to Luna! I felt comfortable with how Luna was handled. I did research on local veterinary offices. I have been to others. Parkville Animal Hospital will be my go to! Thank you for such a great first appointment! Appointments can be made online. Prices are reasonable. They have parking behind the building.
I made a post when I started taking my fur babies here last year. Still love this vet. I have gained a new fur baby.... lost and old companion.... and had many well visits and shot updates and used their boarding service since then. Every visit no matter the reason the staff at this place is stellar! They answer all your questions... never make you feel rushed... and have given the best care and attention to my pets. I can't recommend them enough!
Great experience and great care. I loved the demeanor of the vet technician and the Doctor was great too. I was glad to get in as quickly as I did. It was a somewhat emergent need and they handled it beautifully! Im happy to report that the patient, Sally, is feeling 100 percent better. Thank you to everyone for their help!
