My mom and I were visiting Baltimore as tourists, and unfortunately my mom’s glasses broke right before our visit to the Peabody Institute. We walked into Paris West and within 15 minutes Jay had fixed her glasses, and he didn’t even charge us a fee! He and the other staff were so lovely and accommodating, we are so grateful!
