We had an emergency shipment that was needed by our customers before Thanksgiving. We worked with Nancy and she had it brought over to us on a second run when one of their drivers got back to the terminal. Nancy made it happen and made sure we were aware the driver was on his way. This is over and above the normal great service we receive from ODFL. Thank you, Nancy!!

Deliver companies all get a bad rap. Nobody posts when things go as they should. My deliveries occasionally get screwed up somewhere along the line ( not by them) but these guys do their best to make it right and help me out whenever possible.

For line haul drivers, this is BAL. Inside the gate you will see drive through lanes to park at. Once parker, the stairs to the dock are in front of you. Use this during the week for manifests. On the weekend, use the end of the building office that is through a door on the same side and up some stairs. Drop your tail in the drive through lane and either dispatch or the jockey will tell you where to put your lead. On the weekend, BAL frieght goes in the doors and other freight in the yard. Empties are next to the dollies. They have fuel here.
