Super happy with how my crate was delivered. I live on a really busy road and have a tight driveway so I usually have to nag delivery drivers to put it in a convent spot. This time, however, I wasn’t even home and the driver took it upon himself to go all the way up the driveway and put it in the furthest corner so that it’s safely tucked in the backyard without blocking any of the driveway. Everything was neatly placed with no damage. Great stuff
Had 5 pallets of banquet chairs delivered to a construction site with a gravel path and a huge rain storm incoming - the driver Ricky W was an absolute superhero - he worked with us to lay out a plywood platform and skillfully unloaded the delivery making it possible for us to move the goods in minutes before the rain. He went the extra mile and it was so appreciated! This guy loved his job and really cares! Thanks Ricky and R&L! (Is the R for Ricky?)
Kudos to Kathy Dougherty out of the Baltimore location for going out of her way to ensure my delivery was completed. She was a rock among pebbles in this regard. My shipment was originally delayed due to damage. This put the project on an unanticipated hold. Delivery stayed further until Kathy stepped in to ensure it was at my location - free of damage. I really appreciate the commitment she displayed in a time where its seems to be difficult to find caring individuals...a true asset to your organization.
